Job Description
- Filter and screen resumes
- Post openings in different recruitment sources, utilizing the Internet for recruitment and using social and professional networking sites, to identify and source candidates
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research, recommend and open new sources for candidate recruiting.
- Improve the company website recruiting section regularly to assist and facilitate the recruitment process
- Follow up and attend the popular and important career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
- Updating the recruitment database and completing reports on employment activity as required
- Conduct and facilitate new hires orientation, prepare offer letters, notify applicants of consideration or rejection, perform references check, and conduct exit interviews.
- Conduct regular follow-up with the HR manager, to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Tracks a list of the best-recommended recruitment agencies with their terms and conditions
- Measures the performance of the HR Recruiters based on the recruitment metrics, reporting it to the HR Manager
- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them
- Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date
- Trains the new HR Recruiters (induction program)
