Job Description
Job Purpose:
- A Talent Acquisition Specialist facilitates the effective staffing of a company or organization.
- They do this by assessing the staffing needs of their company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs.
- Talent Acquisition Specialist also participates in the interviewing and hiring process.
- He / She typically work in conjunction with the managers of the company or department for which they are hiring.
- They may work in-house with a company or organization, or they may work for a staffing and recruitment agency.
Job Responsibilities / Description:
- Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure their requirement about what kind of talent they are looking for;
- Work with hiring manager to assess applicants in regard to whether or not they are qualified in the position.
- Manage Hiring Process through Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job.
- Conduct initial negotiations and agreements with external service providers and ensure setting clear guidelines and agreeing on win-win terms to achieve successful projects.
- Review and track hiring progress and compliance to evaluate performance and report issues and concerns and propose different solutions and initiatives to higher levels.
- Typically schedule all interviews and then prepare and advise their candidates beforehand.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in business Administration or any equivalent degree.
- A specialized certification is a plus
- 3-5 Years of post-graduate experience in a talent acquisition position
