Job Description
- Develop and draft quality management policies and procedures.
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, inspection of devices calibration.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Conduct customer feedback report through phone calls and customer satisfaction surveys.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
Job Requirements
- Team Player.
- Quality inspection and auditing experience.
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and databases.
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
- Gender: Female (must).
- Preferred Giza residence.
