Job Description
- Installs and updates operating systems and software with different drivers according to user specific software packages .
- Diagnoses problems with Windows operating systems or problems with software packages and resolves and directs them to IT departments if necessary .
- Prepare a periodic report (Monthly) on the sources of complaints and problems of users with regard to hardware and software packages.
- Supports mobile users for technology services.
- Perform regular maintenance of the equipment according to the policy of the organization.
- Participates in the study of atypical problems with IT teams, networks and programs in IT management.
Job Requirements
- 2 years experience as Technical Support
- Prefer bachelor degree of Computer science and Information system
- Full knowledge of computer maintenance .
- Preferably a bachelor degree of Computer science and Information system
- Microsoft Operating System & Microsoft office package ( Excel , power point , word , access , Visio , ms project ) .
- Excellent command of English Language.
