Job Description
- Screening and selection :Pre-screen and classify CVs that match with job description and related competencies.
- Update the recruitment pool and data base through the e-recruitment system.
- Interviewing: Handle competency based interviews, review with direct line managers and get different approvals
- Competency Model: Make sure that the competency model is implemented in job descriptions and promotions in the assigned departments.
