Job Description
- Handle walk-in customers and direct their request to the correct business owners.
- Track and trace courier shipment status with carriers and collect related documentation accordingly.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Answering phone calls in professional way.
- Swift problem resolution and escalation of unresolved issued to concerned parties.
- Utilize operations and office systems to support various customers.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Carryout stationary purchasing process and activities.
- Responsible of inventory control for and distribution of stationary and other administrative material within the branch, handle the visa requisition procedures.
- Responsible for distribution of documents and follow up of its receiving. & supplies need.
- Settle the appointments needed by telephone or e-mail.
- Manage the meeting rooms booking
- Carry out the booking of Hotels & tickets and visa requisition procedures.
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor(s) within the physical constraints of the job.
Job Requirements
