Job Description

  • Apply our organization strategy.
  • Manage the sales team to achieve the target
  • Prepare and manage sales and marketing plans.
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Help other sales people in the art of selling
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
  • Evaluate market and competitors.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic
  • Searching and dealing with mega projects.
  • Open new markets for maximizing client potential in designated regions inside Cairo and different governorates inside Egypt.
  • Persuading clients and visiting Printing House that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and required measurements to offer the most reliable solution.
  • Working on after-sales support services and communicate technical back up as required.
  • Preparing reports for GM and keeping customer records.
  • Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
  • Communicating with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
  • Ensure high level of clients satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the same role is a must
  • Experience in the Printing Filed.
  • Have the ability in working in teamwork
  • STRONG Negotiation skills and excellent experience in closing deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
