Job Description
- Apply our organization strategy.
- Manage the sales team to achieve the target
- Prepare and manage sales and marketing plans.
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market.
- Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
- Help other sales people in the art of selling
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Evaluate market and competitors.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic
- Searching and dealing with mega projects.
- Open new markets for maximizing client potential in designated regions inside Cairo and different governorates inside Egypt.
- Persuading clients and visiting Printing House that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education and required measurements to offer the most reliable solution.
- Working on after-sales support services and communicate technical back up as required.
- Preparing reports for GM and keeping customer records.
- Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
- Communicating with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
- Ensure high level of clients satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same role is a must
- Experience in the Printing Filed.
- Have the ability in working in teamwork
- STRONG Negotiation skills and excellent experience in closing deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
