Job Description
- Ensure all targets are achieved by selling value propositions including products, and professional solutions to new and existing customers within selected accounts and territories
- Prospecting new clients who could benefit from MIS solutions
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Liaising with other members of the presales team and other technical experts in order to facilitate tailoring the best solutions that fit clients’ unique needs
- Coordinating sales projects
- Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Responds to customers’ inquiries and Sales requests in a timely manner
- Conduct solutions’ presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare and negotiate financial offers
- Follow-up with the client till the closure of the sales cycle
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Participate in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales skills.
- Submit & update formal reports to sales manager promptly on the status of accounts
- Actively seek relevant information to stay ahead of the competition and remain up-to-date with the industry trends
- Prepare the monthly sales forecast report
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or Communication Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in IT field
- Proven track record of selling complex integration solutions is a Plus
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Energetic & Proactive
- Excellent Communication and persuasive skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work on own Initiative as well as within a team
- Good planning and time management skills
- Ability to manage stress
