Job Description
- Participate in issuing and preparing the EHS procedures according to Safe System of Work concept in order to applying the Safety , Health and Environment rules and fire fighting means to protect premises and personals.
- Participate in coping the EHS technical obstructions and makes sure that all the employees , workers and operators apply the GMP and EHS rules at all work times and places according to the instructions of EHS manager and related EHS rules which could be ( legitimate rules – technical requirements and organizational discipline according to company policy ) .
- Participate in the comprehensive environmental protection system including Industrial waste water treatment through follow up and supervise the Industrial waste water treatment station , plus controlling the other industrial emissions and he committed to make these emissions to be comply with environmental legislatures and legitimate rules .
- Participate in the implementation of disposal of hazard waste materials (solid / liquid ) according to Egyptian laws in this regard .
- Participate in preparing of different environmental studies to get the environmental license according to Egyptian laws and the relevant ministerial decisions.
- Participating on preparing the Legal environmental documents according to Egyptian Law and EMS – 14001 system like “Environmental record, Hazardous materials records, Environmental Impact Assessment Studies “.
- Participating on periodic environmental monitoring to the elements which has environmental aspect like (Light, Noise , dust , etc.) according to Egyptian Law and the relevant ministerial decisions .
- Participating on pest control system.
- Communicate with official organizations according to prescribed assignments and maintain a robust and fruitful relation with such official organization with continuous updating and informing the EHS manager with the results of this communications.
- Participating on achieving the EHS objectives which within the framework of the general objectives of EVA – Cosmetic.
- Set an objectives for himself within EHS department objectives.
- He committed with the rules, standards and requirements of the EHS system according to code of ethical conduct and manufacturing ethics and EVA-Cosmetics disciplines.
- Participating on Incident investigation and preparing the incident reports and implement the recommendations to prevent the incident future recurrence.
- Following up the near-miss report and identify its root cause and implement an efficient means to prevent the incident occurrence.
- Participating on identifying the proper Personal Protective Equipments upon EHS manager prescribed assignments.
- Participating on implementation of Risk Management system which include all EVA-cosmetics industrial operations using the international standards.
- Implement the EHS training and awareness system according the EHS manager prescribed assignment.
- Responsible for arranging the work within his job description and assignment and assign his successor in case of his absence.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree of Engineering or Science.
- Experience: from 2 to 5 years.
- Language: Very Good English Language proficiency.
- Computer: Good Computer skills proficiency.
