Our Client :
A leading representing office for a Major contractor located in United States
Job description :
- Act as a front-line interface with the company USA clients.
- Role involves calling existing /new clients to offer them a wide range of company plans and services.
- Meet the company KPIs of
- Minimum 100 calls/day (minimum 2 mins each introducing the company services).
- Achieving minimum of 100 potential clients per week for business developers.
- Leads can be obtained through the company membership in the biggest USA consultant’s platform or directly from Business Developer.
- Document all calls information/logs for follow up purpose and company documentation.
- Produce call reports for business developers.
- Collect & document 250 Emails per week through phone calls.
Bonus Structure:
0.75% of any value above team’s target from outgoing resources.
Job Requirements
- Perfect command of English (preferred American Accent)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Don't Mind Communicating with clients over Phone
- Don't mind Working based on US time Zone
