Job Description
- Gathers all information relating to customers within the geographic boundaries of the depot
- Determines the existing and potential customers to be focused upon by each sales channel
- Proposes the number of portfolios/sales territories required to support the determined existing and potential customers by sales channel
- Provides input to the company business plan for the sales department
- Produces/ensures Almostkbel business plans are in place to support Local and National development
- Monitors revenue and profit budgets and targets for each sales channel within the depot
- Communicates and gains support from Country and Local management for the achievement of Local and National sales objectives by sales channel
- Forms professional and appropriate relationships with key customers for the depot market through face to face contact
- Ensures correct levels of Almostkbel Management are in contact with the most relevant management level within the key customers organization
- Monitors the development of customer relationships across all sales channels
- Ensures correct implementation of new and existing divisional sales channel structures, policies and processes
- Ensures continuous improvement in customer experiences through supporting the deployment of best practice processes
- Works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure all customers and related functional processes are consistently applied to improve the customer experience
- Actively manages the performance of customers through the effective deployment of divisional sales channel policies, accompanied by local corrective action planning against depot performance results
Job Requirements
- University Graduated
- Excellent Command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sea freight forwarding and clearing
