Job Description

  • Dealing with HR departments in Multinational companies, Embassies, Chambers, clubs, etc.....
  • Focusing on attracting the Expatriates to rent & buy.
  • Working as an intermediary between the buyers, sellers, renters & rentees.
  • Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
  • Manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need.
  • Convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals.
  • Listening to their needs and communicating effectively.
  • Supporting in all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
  • Ensuring clients are being properly communicated and addressed with all tools offered by Katameya Real Estate.
  • Working with clients to determine a fair and competitive market price.
  • Brainstorming and developing creative ideas with the management and Marketing department.
  • Achieving monthly target and being an effective team member in katameya real estate.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a car.
  • V.good in English.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute practical solutions as well as accomplish day-to-day needs
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative, in addition to high level of enthusiasm and positivity
