Job Description
- The Outdoor Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Manager and will work closely with both the Sales and Operations Departments.
- Pursue the sales objectives by focusing on the sale of Residential/Commercial Solar systems to prospective clients.
- The position will require on-site roof inspections, proposal development, proposal presentation, follow-up communications, contract processing and accurate record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads
- Conducting site evaluation for potential customers
- Designing and pricing solar electric systems and creating quotes
- Taking initial sales calls
- Scheduling customer meetings
- Presenting system and financing options to the customer
- Developing the sales quote, and closing the sale
- Public speaking and presentations
Job Requirements
Essential Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Knowledge of Solar PV Construction industry
- High success in closing B2B sale
- Proficient at reading plans, specifications, drawings and bid documents
- Outstanding communication & customer service skills
- Familiarity with photo-voltaic solar design and technical standards
- Must be an Engineering graduate (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
- Good command of Arabic and English languages
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Driving license
