Job Description
- Receive recruitment requests from all departments, evaluate sources for potential calibres.
- Follow up & keep the workflow of all Recruitment process.
- Writes job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised.
- Handling all positions levels (junior, senior & managerial levels).
- Screen C. Vs, applications and short listing applicants.
- Interviewing the candidates and evaluate them according to the job requirements.
- Prepare short list with accepted candidates and send it to the line manager.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports to HR-Director.
- Handle the new hired Orientation until completing the necessary hiring documents
- Prepare Manpower plan and Head Count Report.
- Follow up evaluation forms for the new employees for the probation period.
- Prepare annual recruitment plans.
- Prepare Job Analysis (interview, observation, daily log, questionnaire)
- Update & Prepare Job Analysis/Job description to create grading system.
- Apply & Updates company policies & Procedures.
