Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Locate and contact potential clients to offer them our products.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
- Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, technical competence, and market trends.
- Call and Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are looking for
- Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
- Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information
- Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
- Accompany potential customers to meet with Developers
- Close deals whenever feasible
- Prepare reports as required
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Proven track of successful sales record
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy
- Good command of English language
