Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Locate and contact potential clients to offer them our products.
  • Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
  • Ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, technical competence, and market trends.
  • Call and Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are looking for
  • Solicit potential clients to buy, sell, and rent properties
  • Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information
  • Take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
  • Accompany potential customers to meet with Developers
  • Close deals whenever feasible
  • Prepare reports as required

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Good command of English language
