Job Description
- Oversee and administer the company construction projects in remote sites
- Coordinate work with contractors and ensure following the contract technical specifications and milestone
- Ensure and verify the projects' construction phases; mobilization, execution, preliminary handover, etc.
- Review the technical and commercial aspects of the contracts, follow up the work progress, confirm and process payment accordingly
- Prepare regular and comprehensive reports clarifying the cost vs achievements done.
- Successful candidate will be appointed to the company head office and regularly travels to the company sites according to the projects' development plans and when required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 12 years of experience
- Project Management skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent computer and organizing skills
- Result- oriented
