Job Description
- He receives cash and checks received by him according to the supply order issued to him by the competent manager with the issuance of the receipt voucher or the corresponding check receipt voucher.
- He disburses the cash required under the cash exchange bills, making sure that all documents supporting the exchange are attached.
- Ensure that exchange and receipt vouchers and check receipt vouchers are used according to their printed numerical sequence.
- Responsible for depositing all cash receipts as well as checks to banks against a cash deposit slip or check delivery portfolio on the same day or the next day at most.
- Responsible for recording the statement of the daily movement of the safe, so that all the daily receipts and payments are kept up-to-date on the reality of the exchange and receipt vouchers according to their sequence.
- Responsible for organizing the cash balance on an ongoing basis to facilitate the process of disbursement, collection and sudden inventory.
- Responsible for recording checks movement data and handing it over with its attachments to the audit department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce.
- 2- 4 years experience in the same field.
- Has computer skills and its applications.
