Job Description
This position is responsible for the supervision and coordination of activities of production workers in processing materials and manufacturing products.
- Planning and organizing manufacturing process ensuring finishing of production orders on time.
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production lines to resolve issues ensuring smooth operating of production processes.
- Manage production personnel and supervise and evaluate their performance.
- Implementing production plans provided by the planning department
- Work on improving production efficiency according to the company’s overall objectives
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Male only
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Retail / FMCG
- Good experience in MRP planning systems
- Strong leadership, managerial, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Supervising Blue collars experience is a must
