Job Description
Our client is a one of the top IT Solutions companies in Egypt and they're looking for a Senior Security Presales Engineer with the following roles:
Provide specific solutions/technology/ product consulting, technical and sales support for accounts in assigned territory.
- Perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners and prospects.
- Provide consultative support and mentor other less experienced Systems Engineers in assigned territory.
- Actively participate as a specialist on assigned team.
- Support sales team in technical issues.
- Prepare technical solution proposals to either customers or business partners.
- Work with sales representatives to strategize/manage accounts.
- Identify prospect requirements/solution.
- Build rapport with the product/solution evaluation team.
- Product/Technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Address customer follow-ups/issues.
- Identify/set competitive traps.
- Identify prospect requirements outside of current release support.
- Identify other resources required to get sale.
- Manage product/technical issues to the close.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Network security field for at least 5 years.
- At least 2-years’ experience in Security pre-sales.
- Technical experience in security products such as Firewalls, IPSs, WAF, Endpoint security, SIEM solutions
- Hands-on experience in different security vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Big IP, Palo Alto, Juniper, Trendmicro, Kaspersky.
- Ability to conduct customer presentations, creating technical BOM and Solutions.
