PMO - Director

• The PMO is the head of project management office, directly reported to GM and one of CMT (Country management team).
• Responsible for the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process to Support the successful delivery of projects undertaken by Company through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
• Assist with advising professional series director on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches and act as the first point of contact for any project management queries within The Company
• PMO has no direct solid line reporter, while all PM’s are report to functional reporting to him.
• PM’s are solid line report to PS director
• PM’s Appraisals are split 60-40%, 60% based on project KPI’s (PS director responsibility), while the 40% is based on PM’s function and compliance (PMO responsibility).

Job Descriptions:

• Strategically and participate in long-term planning efforts to improve delivery models, monitoring tools, support metrics and overall products quality in collaboration of the CMT (Sales director, F&A director, professional services director)
• This role provides the professional and strategic leadership for the organization and coordinates both internal and external resources to maximize project and program success.
• Oversees the coordination and completion of all aspects of assigned projects which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration.
• Responsible to lead projects to a successful conclusion by facilitating scope, managing customer expectations, monitoring day-to-day execution and ensuring the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Creates and maintains standard project management deliverables leveraging appropriate methods and practices to manage and control the project.
• Working closely with the CMT to achieve the requested business goals.
• Monitor Implementation lifecycle compliances and alert PS directors for any divinations.
• Create a framework to manage complex sets of bid management requirements.
• Maintain the latest project management standard forms and compliances, alert PS director for any divagations as well as recommend training needed to PM’s to reduce any competency gap.
• Lead the Project management teams to manage the testing & validation of the applications.
• Initiate and conduct formal contract conflict and dispute resolutions actions of the implementations, support and maintenance contracts

On Target Earning - OTE

• 70% Fixed Salary
• 10 % Margin Target
• 10% Project Compliance
• 10% Customer Satisfaction

Contracting:
Contracting will be generated on annual basis and to be renewed per each year.
