Job Description
Finance & Admin DirectorThe F&A director is the head finance and administration department, directly reported to GM and one of CMT (Country management team). The F&A director has a team consisting 4 managers (Finance Manager, Administration Manager and HR Manager). The main responsibility of sales director to review, enhance and direct plans for financial and non-financial resources required for the organization to achieve its long and short term business goals.

- Prepares all-funds budgets, analyzes financial activities and performance against budget, makes adjustments and takes action as needed.
- Working closely with the CMT to achieve the requested business goals.
- Ensures all financial and administration processes are run efficiently and are aligned with Company systems and best practices.
- Oversees the finances for company portfolio as well as the administration of licenses and other agreements, including billing, collecting and profit income and non-financial deliverables.
- Interprets and administers policy and related operational matters for the department.
- Manages key business financial and administrative activities and continuous improvement of processes; ensures efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence at all levels.
- Creates, implements, and manages, in conjunction with company leadership, strategic plans to best utilize resources.
- Prepares detailed statistical reports, models, presentations and financial studies of key variables in Company’s financial model. Develops and utilizes forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the agreed business plans.
- Maintains and manages equipment inventory for all units, ensuring Company policies and procedures are implemented for both purchasing and disposing of equipment.
- Prepares supporting resource performance reports, schedules, and studies that compare the total organization to its goals.
- Monitors and reviews organizational expenditures against budget plan and makes recommendations on budget revision requests
- Generates financial analyses and/or cost projections.
- Control and develop financial outcomes, possibilities, and operational efficiencies; assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic plan and consider broad issues pertaining to future directions and long term planning for The Company.
- Responsible for strategic business planning and for ensuring that financial practices, planning efforts and administrative functions are aligned with and in support of strategic goals.
- Establishes written policies and implements effective internal controls over physical assets, cash, and expenditures.
- Review with collaboration of the HR Manager the Company pay scale aligning with the up-to-date salary survey market tends.
- Ensures that specialized journals and subsidiary ledgers are maintained according to an approved chart of accounts through posting entries, making adjusting entries, and by preparing financial statements.
- Develops and implements annual budget; coordinates annual financial audit process.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience at director level or other senior managerial position within leading firms
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, plans and budgets in a complex, fast changing environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen, strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to create and utilize clearly articulated, metric-based, analytical solutions to complex problems.
- Experience working on high-paced, high-volume transaction organizations
- Management and operation consulting experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, corporations and investors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce/ Accounting from an accredited college or university.
- Additional preferred Qualifications:
- CMA / CPA /MBA/DBA
