Job Description
GM will report directly to the board of trustees acting as the owner of transformation for on collaboration with his direct reporters the CMT (Sales director, F&A director, professional services director, PMO). Manages the profitability and growth of the organization and directs the organization in establishing long-range plans, strategy and policy.
Job Descriptions:
- Reviews all formulated company policies, directing and coordinating all divisional department activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives.
- Establish, review, and monitor KPI’s system and standards included but not limited to forecasts, financial productivity, .
- Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new services development.
- Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
- Maintains service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigation complaints. Initiates corrective action.
- Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's Vision and mission.
- Monitor businesses to ensure that organization efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining directors; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
On Target Earning – OTE distribution:
- 60% Fixed Salary
- 15 % Margin Target
- 15% Revenue Target
- 10% Customer Satisfaction
Contracting:
Contracting will be generated on annual basis and to be renewed per each year.
Job Requirements
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience at Executive level or other managerial position within leading firms.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
- Familiarity with corporate law and management best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’ Degree of any suitable discipline from accredited university
- Additional preferred Qualifications: MBA / DPA / PMP
