Job Description
- Supervise the new Design Department and all its creative products from concept through publication - hiring and management of the Team, and all art and design for the company
- Determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use
- Work closely with Content and Marketing departments
- Review, edit and approve designs, artwork, and graphics developed by other team members.
- Ensure deadlines are met and job quality is of the highest standards only
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, and flush out into full multi-media campaigns
- Create original graphic content for the company’s platform, social media pages, and other marketing materials
- Meet art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards
- Review project production factors by studying background information, be aligned with market and competitive environment, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes
- Train, coach and evaluate team members
- Manage the organization of all files, licenses, copyrights, documents, and other details of administration
Job Requirements
- MUST BE EXPERIENCED (Minimum 2 years) IN MANAGING TEAMS IN AN AGENCY SETTING
- Excellent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Art and any related proper training/certification, at minimum
- 5-7 Years work experience minimum, including management 2 years managing creative teams
- Expertise in graphic design, illustration, and social media production
- Must have a strong background in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience in After Effects and Premiere a plus
- Prior experience and success in social media marketing
- Passion for storytelling and producing compelling and inspiring visual content
- Highly motivated leader, with excellent communication skills, time management, and administration skills, and innovative and creative
- Ability to advise video producers and create design elements for use in videos
- Excellent command of the English language.
