Job Description
- Plan marketing and branding objectives.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company
- Ensure brand messages are consistent.
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Developing and managing marketing operating budgets.
Job Requirements
- FMCG / Paintings background
- Strong ability to think both creatively and strategically
- 5+ years of demonstrable & rich experience in the field
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Excellent communicator and self-starter who can easily adapt to any environment, remain calm under pressure, and always come to the table with ideas, solutions, and a positive attitude
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
