Involved on the preparation of the company payment to different obligations, approved by the Company Manager and issuing required cheques.
Working on reviewing and issuing of income and balance sheet statements consolidated and various other accounting statements and reports
Involved in financial accounting, credits and cash collection
Involved in reviewing and approving pay roll, billing, inventory control, forecasting and analysis
Preparing jointly with the logistics Dept, a cash flow plan to assure the availability of purchased goods payment including as well the needed currency for the imported goods.
Involved in the reviewing of the company financial reports to submit to the general management
Reviewing of Customers accounts, travel expenses, allocation of charges, inter-company billing and inventory/fixed assets control prepared by the senior accountant.
Reviewing the company sales tax reports and the social security taxes with taxes authorities.
Review the cost of all financial operations including the estimated costs of imported goods, manufactured products and local purchasing.
Involved in the costing of manufactured finished and semi-finished products.
Perform a monthly review and analysis of the company’s financial performance.
Reporting to Company Manager.
