Job Description
- Facilitate and deliver the entrepreneurship unit’s training programs and workshops.
- Assist the learning design officer in preparing training material (Training Manuals, presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences, and workshops.
- Administer written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Maintain quality service by setting up and enforcing organization standards.
- Provide reports and feedback to the unit manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- +2 years of experience in relevant fields (Entrepreneurship, Training, Education)
- Past start-up experience is a plus
- Has gone through TOT in a relevant program is a plus
- Proven experience in learning and development field
Skills:
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, preferably with experience in writing curricular materials or lessons plans
- Strong collaborative skills
- Good command of Arabic and English
- Excellent presentation and teaching skills
