Job Description

We are looking for a competent Secretary to support departments in our company by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

About the Job:

  • Answer and screen phone calls, greet and receive guests.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, meeting minutes and other documents.
  • Assist in planning and preparing of meetings /presentations.
  • Handle and prioritize all out going or incoming correspondences (e-mails, letters, faxes, etc.)
  • Manage spreadsheets, word processing, database, and outlook emails.
  • Responsible for the filing & documentation system.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist and organize schedules for (meetings, appointments, etc. )
  • Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
  • Responsible for any internal communication with managers and employees.
  • Monitor office supplies.
  • Prepare reports as assigned.
  • Provide clerical support to departments or individuals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Dynamic multi-task character that is able to handle work under pressure.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar job.
  • Good Command of English.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent command of computer.
  • Excellent command of MS Office Package.
  • Familiarity with basic research method and reporting techniques.
  • High time-management skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be a Female.
