Job Description
- Review, analyze and understand all relevant documents (drawings, specifications, statements of work).
- Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the projects.
- Establish and communicate (with the projects team) cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
- Review overall projects status with the Projects Control team and Projects Management; also recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Develop Action and Recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
- Conduct the schedule monthly progress update, forecast, critical path and trend analyses for assigned projects.
- Comply with the planning and progress monitoring procedures.
- Monitor project progress and advise action to meet the schedule, if delayed
- Liaise with project engineering personnel to assist proper understanding of the key schedule sensitivities and drivers.
- Know the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates and how they relate to the overall project schedule.
- Prepare & monitor material turnover Reports
- Preparing Material Plan throughout different phases of each project.
- Prepare the project schedule including WBS, dependencies and relationships, allocate resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in construction field.
- Very good command in English.
