Job Description
- Preparing reports to compare the sites’ progress with the planned in the feasibility study for each project.
- Gathering all handover information to utilize the delivered units in a way which increases the company’s financial gain.
- Compare the company’s construction strategy to all competitors and come out with solutions and utilization ideas for the construction spend.
- Responsible to update the inventory management executive with delivery status for each unit on the inventory.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Architectural Engineering
- 2- 3 years’ experience in real estate company
