Job Description
- Prepare an inventory list for each project.
- Communicate with the commercial department to trigger quarterly releases.
- Build a real estate data base and monitor market trends, prices and payments to recognize new market needs.
- Update and revise the company’s inventory and payment terms routinely.
- Analyze and study the company’s sales transactions and prepare a quarterly report with the outcomes.
- Respond on the sales and resale department with any pricing inquires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2- 3 years’ experience in Sales Admin or Inventory Management
- Real Estate Background is a must
- Excellent Command of MS Office
