Job Description
- Follow up on clients’ requests with the Technical Departments.
- Preforming tours at the destination to assure service delivery and quality.
- Meet clients on site & answer their regular inquiries.
- Follow up and Controls work procedures, schedules and maintenance programs to be followed by the department.
- Maintaining Clients relations on all times and answering to customer’s inquiries using the standard guidelines and taking the ownership of complaint and queries and pro-actively following through to resolution.
- Identifying and escalating consistent or recurring problems with the systems functionality.
- Resolve & report any issues that might arise on site by coordinating with the site engineers.
- Generate reports about Site efficiency and any missing items needed to be maintained or installed, and find proper methods to improve and facilitate the community.
- Insures smooth indoor service for property owners with reasonable prices.
- Responsible for managing any events in the club house.
- Responsible for sending notifications to the residents to announce any event, activity, regulations, etc.
- Provide the site with services to serve the residents such as (security, cleaning services, pest controls, maintenance with its various types, etc).
- Making corporate deals to serve the residents with needed services.
- Club House Operating.
- Revise the revenues /Expenses monthly through a report prepared by the team.
Job Requirements
- Education : preferably engineering background – or any business relevant
- Years of experience: 2-3 years – Real estate background is a must
