About the Job
- Le Garage Auctions, the market leader and pioneer of online auctions in Egypt, is seeking a highly motivated, talented Android Developer responsible for developing le garage mobile application .The Senior Android Developer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android application.
About Le garage APP :
- Le garage APP will be an online ,interactive , socially bidding platform for our auctions , where the clients will be able to bid on the different products , track all their items for both buyers and sellers ,interact with le garage team through chatting and other features.The platform will be similar to " ebay auctions " with more interactive features .
- You will be responsible for the whole process of designing and developing our online bidding mobile application and working with the backend developer for back-end integration
Job Requirements
- 1- year experience developing android mobile applications with a strong portfolio of apps.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android,
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of cloud message APIs to design the peer-to-peer chatting system in the app and push notifications
- Familiarity with continuous integration of different version for our application
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Good communication skills and the ability to integrate the work with back-end developers
- Experience with the application speed performance and memory utilization
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Have your own laptop and android phone for testing and developing
