Job Description
- Collaborate with Business and Area Managers at a regional level on the various marketing issues and provide them support to implement the marketing strategy in his/her designated industry sectors, in close coordination with the Group Marketing Director. Conduct visits to clients in close coordination with the Business Managers and local offices
- International and regional exhibitions and seminars: Participate at international and regional seminars and exhibitions; Provide reports on the outcome of such exhibitions and seminars with recommendations to the management
- Communication, Promotion and branding: Ensure optimal support to the Business Managers, in close coordination with the Group Marketing Director, to promote the products and services within his/her areas of expertise through conferences, client meetings, and media. Provide support in developing presentation of sales and promotional tools on a global level with local adjustments when needed, as well as competitive comparison tools to be used by the sales organization. Develop and update the communication tools related to his/her designated industry sectors
- Build and ensure reliable client and market database: Coordinate with Business managers and the sales organization to update the basic data base with the relevant information related to clients and ensure a constant update build additional database modules to collect relevant competitive and market information. Analyze information and identify/ extract market and business opportunities and provide recommendations
- Relations and strategy with the suppliers: Provide support to the Group Marketing Director to ensure an optimal interaction and communication with suppliers at a regional and global level in his/her designated industry sectors, in order to build a coherent approach and frame, setting and realization of targets, and reporting to suppliers on the status of the business and developments
- New Business Opportunities, ideas and projects: Support the Group Marketing Director in initiating and managing new business development ideas, prioritize opportunities, assess new projects and related risks with technical, financial, and commercial feasibility, within his / her designated industry sectors
- Collaborate with the other members of the marketing team and department: share relevant information and experience and work as a team to support the Group Marketing Director in achieving the goals of the department
Job Requirements
- Education: Chemical Engineering degree/ Bachelor of Science, and a good knowledge of marketing and communication techniques
- Pharmaceutical background and experience
- Sales, marketing and business development experience, mainly in Pharmaceutical field
- Strong client and service focus, while remaining company and business oriented
- Influential Leadership with excellent relationship, communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and strategic mindset
- Self-motivated, dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, result and goal driven, with a high level of initiative and autonomy
- Nimble, proactive and agile, ready to travel on short notice
- Team player with ability to interact and work efficiently with internal actors
- High sense of responsibility, loyalty and business ethics
- Languages: Very good knowledge of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
