- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Administrate hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and conducting interviews.
- Perform daily payroll department operations
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
