Job Description
- Support planning and coordination of the program and its activities
- Handle the whole program admission operations & process
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.
- Help build positive relations with the team and external parties
- Work on the arrangement and coordination of students' thesis
- Prepare paperwork and order material
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
- Support growth and program development
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to set priorities and follow through in a timely fashion
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
- Very good efficiency of English Language
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- 2-3 years of experience
