Job Description
- Provide the team with a vision of the project objective.
- Motivate and inspire team member.
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.
- Skilled Team leader has to drive the whole project delivery life-cycle from initiation and analysis through design, development and testing and finishing with deployment and closure.
- Head the planning and implementation of projects within agreed cost, time frame, quality standard and scope Define project scale, tasks, resources and schedule.
- Track, manage and report on project progress in regards to: deliverables, time-frames, quality and risks to all stakeholders (internal and external).
Job Requirements
- Must be well versed with Core PHP, Database Architecture and Programming.
- Working knowledge with Laravel.
- Ability to manage & lead team and deliver projects by deadline.
- Understand projects requirements & prepare relevant documentation.
- Strong knowledge of developing & maintaining DB in MySQL
- Able to build API's for applications and manage required parameters
- Excellent Debugging & Optimization skills
- Good coding standards, communication & documentation sills are essential.
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills with track record to solve customer problems.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JQuery, etc.
- Strong verbal & written Communication skills.
