Customer Service Agents for many Accounts:
- Back Office (Mail & Chat)
- Technical support Account
- Banking Account
- Arabic Account
Responsible For:
- Resolve Customer’s Inquiries deftly and effectively.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Values Customer experience.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, while handling customer complaints.

- Salary from 2000 to 5000 according to the English level.
