Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Social Media Specialist that has proven success in creating content marketing, The candidate will have the ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging social media strategies to manage the success of a social media program across many functional groups.
- Social media management - Overall responsibility for social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, Google+, YouTube), including content and identification of new opportunities for engagement and one to one interaction.
- Manage, Contribute and support initiatives and campaigns as required by the different departments to ensure the consistency of the business deliverables.
- Follow-up and coordinate the social media community tasks (responding on time, posting the right and approved content, monitoring social media content…etc.) through the collaboration with the external agencies.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- More than 1 year of relevant work experience is a must/ preferably worked for a digital agency.
- Familiarity with the social media listening/analytics tool.
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication and written skills in both Arabic and English.
