Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end close process.
- Maintain company’s books & transactions in controlled manner.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information
- Responsible for general ledger.
- Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements.
- Monitor reserve accounts.
- Review bank statements.
- Coordinate and follow external auditing guidelines and verifying documents.
- Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
- Prepare invoices on time manner and follow up on cash collections.
- Follow internal controls and complete data backup.
