Job Description
The Creative Strategist for Egypt will be responsible for all campaigns and initiatives that would grow our customer base and promote our brand in Egypt. They should own the end-to-end process of research, analysis, brainstorming, briefing, execution, and performance tracking - in collaboration with other teammates, stakeholders, and external partners. Their goal is to build Xiaomi into a mainstream consumer brand through a defined, creative, and cost-effective strategy.

- Perform thorough research and analysis to clearly define our core audiences and key messages for each campaign
- Plan, idea and execute seasonal, product-specific and branding-related creative campaigns for the region
- Actively seek out opportunities for the brand to have a share of voice in current trends and social topics
- Ensure that all campaigns and initiatives feature focused, on-brand messaging
- Work closely with the Xiaomi global marketing team, stakeholders, and partners to plan and execute all marketing initiatives
- Track the progress and performance of all campaigns on an ongoing basis
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years experience in brand building in the mobile or telecom industry
- Experience in B2C marketing, offline advertising, and start-ups will be a big advantage
- Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and writing style
- Extremely creative and witty, demonstrable via a portfolio
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to think out of the box
- Outgoing, likable, presentable, humble, and naturally capable of easily interacting with others
- Ability to work remotely and effectively in a remote and independent environment
- Past experience working with multicultural teams is a plus
- Fluent in English
