Job Description
- Managing key accounts directly and through Key account distributor and ensuring planning and implementation of actions plans to reach annual sales targets for Modern Trade channel,
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by brand and ensuring achievement of budgeted in-market sales by customer,
- Recommending and implementing incentive programs for the sales team to achieve business objectives,
- Planning, controlling, and allocating specific budget and consumer promotions in line with the company and sales strategy,
- Maintaining a database of all Modern Trade Outlets (administrative, commercial, business details),
- Managing a team of outsourced merchandisers, constantly give training, ensure planogram execution along with trade marketing, and ensure all Merchandising related KPIs are done,
- Operating and achieving Channel Costs as budgeted for the year,
- Monitoring activities and sales Promotions on weekly and monthly basis to determine deviations from plans and take necessary corrective actions to ensure ROI,
- Conducting regular trade visits with sales force.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Male, Presentable
- Age : 30-40
- Live nearby Mohandessin area
- Minimum of six years' experience at a similar position among home appliances companies
- Very good in English
- Communication skills
- Negotiations skills
- Strong management skills.
- Good understanding of Modern Trade distribution landscape as well as route-to-market in Egypt.
