Job Description
- Arrange & implement all procedures to attract the required manpower as per Operations forecast plan in weekly bases to be indoor daily for selection (advertising, direct contacts … etc.)
- Find out more recourse to supply the required manpower.
- Receipt all the applicants daily and attend the selection committee.
- Make the necessary Orientation for those who selected to be trained.
- Scheduling the selected applicants daily and submit a list to Training officer.
- Prepare the lists by all applicants with all details in daily basis to be reviewed by HR Director.
- Reporting daily to HR Director by the selection results.
- Reporting weekly to HR Director by his recruitment plan for the next week.
Job Requirements
- Relevant background in blue collars, or any heavy industry recruitment is much preferred.
