Job Description
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, using human resources management system software.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and employees relations.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Suggest and apply programs to increase employee’s engagement in most of HR activities.
- Ensure most of HR functions completed in accordance with the ISO system.
- Following up and working on implemented needs-training, and evaluate these courses.
- Orientation preparation, to the new colleagues' in all jobs.
- Study the training needs, then submit it to industrial training
- Follow up on participants attendance in courses
- Spreading, collecting and entering training evaluation forms on system
- Preparing, printing and managing the training certificates stock
- Prepare Training Room For each Course.
- Finalize any Paperwork transactions with internal and external parties.
- Following up and working on implemented needs-training, and evaluate these courses.
- Orientation preparation, to the new colleagues' in technical jobs.
- Support HR MGR with weekly update on Training progress in all Factories.
- Participate in implementing organization’s employees’ surveys.
