Job Description

  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, using human resources management system software.
  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and employees relations.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Suggest and apply programs to increase employee’s engagement in most of HR activities.
  • Ensure most of HR functions completed in accordance with the ISO system.
  • Following up and working on implemented needs-training, and evaluate these courses.
  • Orientation preparation, to the new colleagues' in all jobs.
  • Study the training needs, then submit it to industrial training
  • Follow up on participants attendance in courses
  • Spreading, collecting and entering training evaluation forms on system
  • Preparing, printing and managing the training certificates stock
  • Prepare Training Room For each Course.
  • Finalize any Paperwork transactions with internal and external parties.
  • Following up and working on implemented needs-training, and evaluate these courses.
  • Orientation preparation, to the new colleagues' in technical jobs.
  • Support HR MGR with weekly update on Training progress in all Factories.
  • Participate in implementing organization’s employees’ surveys.
