Job Description
- You’ll be working with the Technical team to design & implement custom monitoring and automation systems.
- The systems will monitor and control the micro- & macro-environment as well operation monitoring and optimization in advanced agricultural production systems.
- Your work will involve embedded systems programming, interfacing with sensors, developing automation systems using microcontrollers, embedded computer systems, PLCs, SCADA and Relay.
- There are a variety of applications and you and the team will choose the best solution that fits the project requirements optimizing cost and function.
Job Requirements
- Self & fast learner
- Interested in Automation & SCADA
- Knowledge of Relay Logic-based and PLC-based control systems and circuitry
- Experience in designing and implementing control panel is a plus
- Embedded Circuits Design and Connections
- Familiarity with reading component datasheets
- C/C++ Basics
- Python is a plus
- Arduino Basics (Raspberry Pi is a plus)
- (Optional) Knowledge of interfacing protocols (I2C/SPI/UART..)
- (Optional) PCB Design Experience
- (Optional) Server Back-end is a plus
- Solid Works is an advantage
- Mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage
Mechatronics engineers are encouraged to apply but they should show a strong electrical background.
