Job Description
- Apply the TNA and process it.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns and employees relations.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Suggest and apply programs to increase employee’s engagement in most of HR activities.
- Follow up with managers to achieve objectives of their department.
- Apply performance Management system in corporations with line managers.
- Ensure most of HR functions completed in accordance with the ISO system .
Job Requirements
- BSC of Business Administration or information system ·
- Excellent in Microsoft office
- Experience in ERP system is mus
- Experience: 2-4 years in the same position ·
- Gender : Male/Female
- Age: not greater than 30 years ·
