Job Description
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Coordinated agendas for meetings with visitors and clients– arranged guest
- Sort and distributed incoming communication data, including faxes, letters and emails.
- Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
- Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
- Manage internal staff relations.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Assisting the manager in their daily tasks
- They have to know about the functioning of each department.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree In any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience, 3 years of which in a similar position and in a relevant field.
