Job Description

  • Provides information by answering questions and requests
  • Coordinated agendas for meetings with visitors and clients– arranged guest
  • Sort and distributed incoming communication data, including faxes, letters and emails.
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
  • Co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
  • Manage internal staff relations.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Assisting the manager in their daily tasks
  • They have to know about the functioning of each department.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree In any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience, 3 years of which in a similar position and in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English
