Job Description
- Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities related to: Building Database, Seminars and Events.
- Create marketing concepts and materials to ensure company brands' image in the Egyptian market.
- Handling the direct mailing.
- Receives in-bounds and reports them directly to the sales department as sales leads.
- Co-ordinates with different departments in the organization that needs to be updated regularly with the latest information from the marketing database (Distribution channels, Marketing communication, Public relations, Research and development) for planning and decision support
- Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
- Provide support to marketing department in terms of proposals, tenders and quotations.
- Develop and maintain social media profiles on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Is responsible for arranging receptions, seminars, focus groups, or any other form that would contribute to evaluating public opinions
- Manage and update the company website.
- Craft email campaigns, Manage and deliver email lists.
- Design catalogs, offers, newsletters and business cards.
- Handles “Giveaways” for special events or when the company is undertaking an important decision that might influence its activities for the upcoming period, like product launching
Job Requirements
- -Bachelor degree in Business or advertising or other related fields.
- Males are a must
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in advertising agency is a plus
- Excellent at Photoshop
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Very good computer skills
- Ability to learn new software applications
- Team player
- Ability to handle stress
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete training in accordance with stated deadlines
- CRM knowledge is a plus
