Job Description
- Responsible for installation, setup, and configuration of the products to be sold by the sales team.
- Responsible for conducting professional product-oriented and/or technology-oriented training to the customers.
- Responsible for reception of the customer technical requests (inquiries, problems, and claims) then handling these requests through the v-tiger CRM system till the closure of the support ticket.
- Responsible for the documentation of his technical activities (installation, configuration, commissioning, training, repair/troubleshooting)
- Handling repair cases starting from the customer claims till solving the problem. This includes the local and abroad repair processes.
- Responsible for troubleshooting the faulty products in a professional way and communicating with both the customers and the foreign suppliers to find out the fault cause and proper way to resolve it.
- Provide the proper support to the sales team by conducting demo sessions, orientation sessions and technical advice to customers in coordination with the account and product managers.
- Taking care of the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with the customers.
- Attend local and abroad training, workshops, and field trials.
- Conduct internal knowledge transfer sessions within the organization which should leverage the technical skills and knowledge of the candidates within the organization.

- Analyze and interpret test information to resolve problems and writes technical reports.
- Reads technical manuals to learn correct settings for equipment.
Job Requirements
- This position is required for a leading Egyptian solution provider for communications systems, radio communications, radio monitoring system & radiolocation...etc.
- Bachelor degree in communications engineering
- Good knowledge of IP networking (CCNA or others networking certificates will be a plus)
- Mobile communication systems and technologies knowledge
- Radio frequency components and application knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent in Arabic and English languages (writing, reading, and speaking)
- Good computer skills (Windows, MS package, internet search...). Linux or other OS systems is a plus.
- Ability to travel locally (inside Egypt) and abroad.
- Ability to work individually or within a team.
- Ability to self-study and self-learn when required.
- Ability to interface with customers and handle their technical requests.
- Good understanding of technologies such as RF, Mobile communication, communication systems, IP networking.
