Job Description

  • Following up on banking daily requests being a point of communications with banks by email/calls.
  • Managing & following up on banking requests with internal departments.
  • Follow up on banking monthly invoices.
  • Follow up on banking open projects status.
  • Maintains a proper data base for all banks in terms of existing services on each channel.
  • Banking documents/contracts control.
  • Managing daily ad hoc tasks when requested.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, with 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Very good command of English
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
