Job Description
- Following up on banking daily requests being a point of communications with banks by email/calls.
- Managing & following up on banking requests with internal departments.
- Follow up on banking monthly invoices.
- Follow up on banking open projects status.
- Maintains a proper data base for all banks in terms of existing services on each channel.
- Banking documents/contracts control.
- Managing daily ad hoc tasks when requested.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree, with 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Very good command of English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills and problem solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
