Job Description
he Relationship Executive is a very critical role where you get to interact with different clients, create streamlined processes and ultimately increase restaurant's performance on elmenus and advise them with the best products that help them grow.
Your role will include:
- Building supportive trustful relationships with elmenus clients.
- Measuring and ensuring clients’ satisfaction through various communication tools.
- Launching, tracking and reporting on clients’ subscriptions performance.
- Delivering and strategically scheduling all clients' products.
- Gathering feedback from the client on regular basis.
- Communicating monthly reports to clients highlighting their performance.
- Collaborating with various teams inside elmenus to ensure the success of the clients’ subscription.
Job Requirements
Must-Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent English language skills (writing, speaking and understanding)
- A positive, can-do attitude at tackling problems and reaching win-win solutions
- Self-motivated and can work well under pressure
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for work in a fast-paced growing startup environment
- Curiosity to learn about the restaurant industry and always suggesting new areas of improvement at elmenus
